Drive Chip and Putt – Local Qualifying

 

Yana Wilson advanced out out local qualifying in Las Vegas Saturday and will moving on the Sub Regionals in Scottsdale Arizona for the 2nd year in a row.

Yana relied on her overall game to score 40 points on the Drive, 40 points on the Chip, and 40 points on the Putt. It was good enough to finish T1. “I really like the Drive Chip and Putt. It takes a lot of skill and you need some luck. Last year I made it all the way to the third stage at Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles. I was tough, I worked on my short game all year. We’ll see how it goes this year,” Yana said,
